Cryptic lab PDFs

The problem
Pages of medical abbreviations, reference ranges, and raw numbers — with zero context for your everyday life.
A normal score leaves you guessing, while a single flagged result triggers anxious online searches.
Knowing a marker’s value doesn’t give you everyday guidance for food, movement, and lifestyle habits.
Who it is for
Whether you just had a routine checkup, are watching trends over time, or want to prepare for a better conversation with your doctor, Know Your Labs helps turn the report into something you can actually use.
For people who leave with a PDF, a few ranges, and more questions than answers.
For seeing how markers move over time as your food, movement, sleep, and habits evolve.
For walking in with clearer questions and a better understanding of what you want to discuss.
For calm context about your results without spiraling through generic advice online.
How it works
No appointments. No clinical jargon. Simply upload your lab report and Know Your Labs turns raw numbers into clear understanding and actionable next steps.
Upload a PDF or photo of a standard lab report. Know Your Labs reads the markers for you, so you don’t have to type them individually.
Securely, and it stays yours
Each marker explained in plain language, with trends over time so you can see what’s changing.
